Since we've been running skitouring and snowcatskiing in Siberia, the only one powder skiing activity was missed - heliskiing. And after few years of research and work, we have launched the Lake Baikal Heliskiing, first ever regular heliski operations in Siberia! This we’ve made 4 weeks of heliskiing, from late November until end of December.
This season we were able to ski 4-5 days per week, with 1-2 days of snowfalls in between. First class powder skiing, on big open fields and in well spaced forests along with scenery of Siberian mountains and great views on the Lake Baikal. Cozy lodge with Russian Banya, Siberian cuisine from our chef and good company to talk seating in front of fire place, what can be better for skiing season opening? Next season we will extend the operations until mid-January, actually until time when low temperatures come to Eastern Siberia, and will operate for 7 weeks. Check the program, pack your powder skis or snowboard and come for an early season Siberian heliskiing!
